1. General-purpose counting only
Tally Pro is designed to help users record and review counts. It is not designed, tested, or certified as a medical device, emergency system, safety control, regulated recordkeeping system, financial control, or guaranteed inventory system.
A displayed count may be affected by accidental taps, missed taps, corrections, device access, app or operating-system issues, battery loss, delayed synchronization, restored backups, data deletion, or other human and technical factors. Verify important values against an independent source before acting on them.
2. Medication and health
Tally Pro does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for a medication schedule, labelled instructions, a pharmacy record, a medical device, or advice from a physician, pharmacist, or other qualified health professional. Do not use a counter as your sole record of whether a medication was taken, how much was taken, or when a dose is due.
If you are uncertain whether a medication was taken or believe a dosing error may have occurred, do not guess from Tally Pro. Contact a pharmacist, poison centre, or other qualified health professional promptly. For a medical emergency, call 911 in Canada or your local emergency number.
3. Emergency and safety-critical use
Tally Pro does not contact emergency services, monitor conditions, issue guaranteed alerts, or provide continuous safety supervision. Do not rely on it to count people in an evacuation, track breathing or vital signs, monitor hazardous work, control machinery, maintain a required safety interval, or perform any task where an incorrect or unavailable count could cause injury, death, environmental harm, or property damage.
Use the trained personnel, redundant checks, certified equipment, and documented procedures required for the activity.
4. Inventory, attendance, and records
Tally Pro can be a convenient informal aid for inventory, attendance, scores, repetitions, rows, and similar activities. It is not a certified system of record and does not replace required inventory controls, audits, chain-of-custody records, payroll or attendance systems, financial records, regulatory documentation, or contractual evidence.
Before buying, selling, ordering, reporting, billing, or making another consequential decision, reconcile the Tally Pro count with the appropriate physical count or authoritative record.
5. Widgets and Apple Watch synchronization
Widgets and a paired Apple Watch may not always display the latest value immediately. Connectivity, background execution, device state, or system scheduling can delay synchronization. When accuracy matters, open the main Tally Pro app and independently confirm the value and recent activity.
6. Your responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether Tally Pro is appropriate for your situation, protecting your devices, maintaining suitable backups, configuring counters carefully, and checking results. Stop using the app for a task if an error, delay, or unavailable device could create an unacceptable risk.
7. Legal effect
Tally Pro is provided subject to the Terms of Service and Apple Standard EULA. This Disclaimer does not exclude or limit any warranty, liability, remedy, or statutory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
